HOW TO PREPARE PEACH TEA

Step 1: Brewing the Tea

Take 50g of Lộc Phát Black Tea or Lộc Phát Oolong Tea and place it in a tea filter bag + 4 liters of boiling water (at 100 degrees Celsius). Pour the boiling water over the tea in the filter bag => Seal the container and steep for 20 minutes => Remove the tea filter bag and add 7.5ml of table salt => You now have Black tea extract.

Step 2: Making a 500ml Serving

Take 120ml of the black tea extract (Lộc Phát Black Tea or Lộc Phát Oolong Tea).

Add 5ml of sugar water.

Mix in 10ml of Tessire peach syrup or Golden Farm peach syrup.

Include 1 packet of Cozy peach powder, or you can substitute it with Lipton peach powder.

Stir the mixture well.

Place 3 or 4 fresh peach slices in each cup. You can also garnish with 2 slices of fresh lemongrass.

For a 700ml serving, use:

140ml of black tea extract
10ml of sugar water
15ml of Tessire peach syrup
1 packet of Cozy peach powder
3 or 4 fresh peach slices in each glass.

*** If you want a more vibrant color, you can use Oolong tea or black tea, or Lipton peach powder instead of Cozy peach powder.

Storage: After brewing, store the tea in a container or plastic/glass bottles with a tight-fitting lid at room temperature. The tea is best when consumed on the same day.
